I started K M Talty DESIGN in 2004 to fulfill my vision of establishing a unique landscape design firm that provides a well-rounded approach to site development. The coupling of strong design principals with excellent client relations is the cornerstone of the firm. KMTD’s goal is to create loyalty among our clients by providing conscientious, appropriate site design while respecting the budget and efficiently shepherding the project through the entitlement process. I want the client to feel comfortable expressing their desires for their project and enjoy the process. The outdoor space is meant to be lived-in, worked-in and played-in and the client’s vision must be recognized. Fueled by the philosophy that a properly designed outdoor environment will positively impact any project, we have successfully designed the landscapes of multiple institutional, municipal, commercial and residential projects. Coming from a diverse background of site design, project management and real estate development, we strive to provide a unique approach to landscape architecture through K M Talty DESIGN. |
